Jennifer Rohn

Principal

Jennifer Rohn, Principal, has been at Erickson Sullivan Architects (ESA) for 29 years. She was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, and attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies with an emphasis on Interior Design. She was hired at ESA to be an interior designer but a few years later was leading Foodlines. Additionally, Jen has been a member of Foodservice Consultants Society International since 2013.

She and her husband, Curt, have a furbaby, a sheepadoodle, named Jarvis.

Fun fact: When Jen was eight years old, she wanted to be a dolphin trainer and sell Tupperware as a side hustle. Sidenote, the fun facts were added to the website so she could share this tidbit about herself.

Trevor Hull

Principal, AIA

Trevor, originally from Fremont, NE, joined Erickson Sullivan Architects (ESA) 24 years ago and is now an Associate Principal. He earned a master’s in architecture from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is licensed in Nebraska. His extensive experience in all design and construction phases results in outstanding project management.

Trevor and his wife Cindy have two children, Trenton and Abby.

Fun fact: Trevor and his family enjoy playing card games together for money. It’s a good thing he has an architectural career to fall back on as he loses a lot of nickels and dimes to his children.

Scott Sullivan

Principal Emeritus, NCARB

Scott Sullivan is Erickson Sullivan Architects’ Principal Emeritus. He joined Erickson Schultz Architects in 1988 and became a partner in 1991, the firm being re-branded as Erickson Sullivan Architects. Scott was born in Lincoln, NE, and attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. First, graduating magna cum laude with his bachelors in 1986 and then with a master’s in architecture in 1990. He is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, and Florida.

Scott has one daughter, Shannon, who followed in her father’s footsteps as a student at UNL.

Fun Fact: Scott intended to enter college as a music major with aspirations to play the piano professionally. Ultimately, he decided he would starve as a musician and chose to focus on architecture.

Benjamin Brewer

Architect

Ben is a skilled architect with a Master’s in Architecture from The University of Kansas as well as his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Kansas City’s Bloch School of Management .

His experience spans from intimate residential designs to complex, large-scale healthcare facilities, where he has honed expertise in production management, MEP coordination, and client relations. With a focus on project management and pragmatic design, Ben approaches each project with meticulous attention to detail..

Fun fact: Beyond architecture, Ben has a passion for French cuisine and has perfected his signature dish, beef bourguignon.

Meagan Willoughby

Intern Architect

Meagan graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Design (Architectural Studies), and just graduated with her Masters of Architecture at UNL in May 2023. She started part-time with Erickson Sullivan Architects in Spring 2022, and became a permanent, full-time employee upon receiving her Masters in May 2023.

While studying at UNL, Meagan helped teach classes as an assistant for the architectural drawing class at UNL. In her free time, Meagan enjoys drawing, photography, and reading. After graduation, she looks forward to traveling and catching up on all of the sleep she has missed!

Fun fact: Meagan loves exploring, but has NO sense of direction! She’s gotten lost multiple times while driving through Nebraskan landscapes, and attributes her survival solely to the grid street pattern.

Courtney Klimm

Production Coordinator

Courtney joined our firm in 2016 after graduating from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha with an associate degree in architectural drafting. She has quickly become an integral part of our team, working on both architectural and foodservice projects.

Courtney was married to her husband, Noah, twice in 2020, thanks to COVID-19. She likes to spend her free time reading a good book and staying active playing volleyball or running half marathons.

Fun fact: Courtney’s maternal grandmother is from South Korea. Although she has never been, it is on top of her travel to do list. Her favorite Korean dish is Miyeok Guk, or Seaweed Soup. Don’t knock it until you try it!

Estrella Avila

Interior Designer

Estrella joins us with a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a professional background in hospitality design. Her internship experience spans healthcare and educational design, and she is currently working toward her NCIDQ licensure to further enhance her expertise.

Outside of work, Estrella loves spending time with family, especially doting on her niece and nephew. She also enjoys keeping her creativity alive through reading and embroidery.

Fun Fact: Estrella is a huge Disney fan! She’s visited both Disneyland and Disney World more times than she can count. Her favorite rides are Rise of the Resistance and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.

Lee Roberts

Lee is Foodlines’ newest member and comes to us from Kansas City with 30+ years of architectural and foodservice design experience. He also has a solid background in drafting, specification preparation, and project management. We are excited to have him on our team!

Lee enjoys spending time with his two sons, Hunter and Mason, drinking a good craft beer, and watching all kinds of sports.

Fun Fact: Lee is fully prepared for a zombie apocalypse as he is a fan of the Zombieland movies. Bring him a twinkie, and you might get some free design work out of him.

Katherine White

Office Manager

Katherine has a Bachelor of Music from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. This passion led to her positions as an Executive Coordinator with a local symphony and Executive Assistant with a business association. Now she brings her office management and public relations skills to Erickson Sullivan Architects and Foodlines.

Katherine enjoys cycling, thrift shopping, and can always be found with an iced coffee in-hand. When she is not working, she’s playing and cuddling with her two dogs, Kora and Ezra.

Fun fact: While working at a bike shop, Scott Frost came in and called her out for wearing a Michigan State hat. Then, he gave her a Nebraska football hat to replace it with.

Jennifer Witherby

Marketing Specialist 

Jennifer, our newest Marketing Specialist, brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales to the team. A graduate of Southeast Community College with an Associate of Arts degree, Jennifer will lead our marketing efforts, helping showcase all that Erickson Sullivan has to offer.

Jennifer and her husband, Scott, are parents to four boys. Outside of work, they enjoy spending their time watching and playing basketball.

Fun Fact: Jennifer is also the proud owner of a women’s clothing boutique in Lincoln’s bustling Haymarket district, where her passion for style and community shines.
