DEG Enterprises Restaurant and Apartments – Norfolk, NE
This project for DEG Enterprises comes amidst the completion of the City of Norfolk’s Whitewater Park project. The project consists of a single two-story building comprised of a 6,900 SF restaurant and a 2,100 SF student apartment building for the nearby Northeast Community College. Ideally-located right next to the North Fork of the Elkhorn River, large windows and outdoor patios will give both residents and diners a fantastic view.
NDOT Rest Areas – Multiple Locations
Anyone who has traveled across Nebraska along Interstate 80 has either stopped in or seen the designated rest-stops spread throughout the state. The Nebraska Department of Transportation’s long-term plan for travel comfort across the state has resulted in ESA’s selection to design and coordinate construction on a series of new rest area buildings and sites. This process will develop a series of state-of-the-art rest areas maximizing efficiency and showcasing Nebraska icons and information.
University of Nebraska Animal Science Office and Shop – Mead, NE
This 15,000 SF pre-engineered metal building for the University of Nebraska’s Animal Science program is composed of two vehicle work bays and an office/administrative area. As employees work outdoors, the building also features large locker rooms, restrooms and shower rooms, ample clothing/equipment storage spaces, and boot-washing stations. A mezzanine sits above, providing more storage, IT space, and a second mechanical room.
