A unique component to Erickson Sullivan Architects is the firm’s food service design consulting entity, FOODLINES. Established in 1985, FOODLINES has been involved in more than 400 food service projects throughout the Midwest, including institutional, corporate and commercial food service operations. FOODLINES also serves as a consultant to other architectural firms, providing the food service operations, equipment layout and specifications expertise required for all types of food service projects.
